"MXC URI" -> "mxc:// URI" (#1500)

* "MXC URI" -> "`mxc://` URI"

We're a bit inconsistent with this currently, and IMHO "`mxc://` URI" is more
explicit.

* Update content/client-server-api/modules/content_repo.md
