The version of Inter is updated to use a variable font, which is supported widely among modern browsers. Using `display: swap` means that the browser will render the text of the spec even before Inter is loaded, making the website appear to load faster on mobile. Allow the browser to use the local Inter font if it exists. |

Changelogs
Towncrier is used to manage the changelog and keep it up to date. Because of this, updating a changelog is really easy.

Creating a new changelog
There are a few places you'll have to update:
/layouts/shortcodes/changelog/changelog-changes.html
to account for the new changelog./scripts/generate-changelog.sh
to render the changelog for releases.- Supporting documentation such as the contributing guidelines.
